Politika.
The Villas are just a few minutes away from Politika village. Politika is one of the eldest settlements on Evia. It has a long beach and a variety of restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars by the seafront. There is a couple of bakeries, mini-market stores and anything else one might need.
Politika is in an agricultural area from which you will benefit from the daily fresh, local produce. Enjoy fresh vegetables, fruits and bread, dairy and meat products and of course fish straight from the sea.
In the endless picturesque Beach of Politika you will be able to swim within the pure waters as well as to enjoy very fresh fish and any other "mezedes" you desire, as it offers many Specialty taverns ready to serve you.
The village has a medieval tower and a monastery dating back to the 11th-12th century. Jewel of the village is the pine forest of Profiti Ilia by the monastery of Panagia.
Politika is considered one of the most interesting villages, as it possesses not only natural beauty but also all comforts, from traditional small taverns with home-made tidbits to cafe-bars right on the edge of the waves, where you can enjoy your drink under the moonlight.
Nerotrivia.
A mountain village with views of the broad area. Thanks to its high altitude Nerotrivia has a cool breeze which makes it an ideal location for warm summer days. It is a good location for long walks and dining.
Dafni.
Just a few minutes away from the the Villas you will find the lovely area of Dafni.

An area with a white pebble beach and with crystal clear waters and springs that flow straight into the saltwater. A location where the pine trees meet the sea and create a unique beauty.
Chalkida.
After a half hour drive you will reach Chalcis or Chalkida, Halkida, Khalkis, Halkis or Chalkis, the chief town of the island of Evia in Greece, situated on the strait of the Euripus at its narrowest point. The name is preserved from antiquity and is derived from the Greek word χαλκός (copper, bronze).

Chalkida is the capital as well as the administrative, cultural, commercial and industrial center of the island of Evia.
Chalkida’s old bridge connects the mainland to the island over the Euripus Channel where the current changes direction about every 6 hours! This tidal phenomenon, the sacred churches, the fortress of Kanithos, the fountain of Arethousa, the Roman mains, the refugee quarters and the mansions are very interesting sightseeing areas. The town also has an Archeological and Folk Arts museum.
Chalkida is also one of the most cosmopolitan towns in Greece offering Elegant Qualitative Restaurants and Tavernas as well as intense Night life, such us the famous Greek Bouzouki places and a great variety of trendy Bars and Night Clubs. Areas of Interest on the mainland.
Finally, Athens is close. One can get there by driving or taking the train. Once in Athens you can use the metro (underground) to get easily around. Athens has lots for the tourist to see and most points of interest are at the very center and can be seen within a day trip from the Villas.
